our story
Started Because Off-The-Shelf Wasn't Working
K N Infocept began with a simple frustration: too many businesses were paying for software that almost fit — close enough to justify the subscription, not close enough to actually make their team faster.
We started building custom instead. First for a handful of local businesses, then for distributors, agencies and sales teams who'd outgrown their spreadsheets and gotten burned by rigid platforms. The work stayed the same: understand the real process, then build software that fits it.
Years later, that's still the whole model. We stay small enough that the people who scope your project are the same people who write the code.
